Prices

* Members of the Public Service of the German Federal Government and of the Länder, of other corporate bodies under public law and of institutions with recognized non-profit status shall have access free of charge – against proof. The same shall apply to college and school students.

Reductions on the ticket price shall apply only after sending the copy/scan of a valid identification document or equivalent certificate by email to ZTB-ausbildungskongress@bundeswehr.org. If the proof of entitlement in accordance with the above criteria cannot be provided, the full ticket price shall be paid.

Bundeswehr members shall not need a separate proof. In this case, the entitlement shall be checked by the Organizer.

• The Convention Ticket applys for attendance at the scientific conference and at the accompanying specialized exhibition.
• The Organizer offers the possibility to take part in a network event (evening event). Convention attendees can purchase tickets for this evening event. Ticket bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before the evening event. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, the participation fee shall be due in its full amount.
